Things to remember when having trouble with the ROKU device.
– UNPLUG the Roku from the POWER source. Sometimes a simple power cycle will fix the wifi, or other issues.
– NEVER factory reset your Playa Bowls TV Roku.
– Reset your Internet service providers ROUTER if possible, and check the 2.4ghz Wireless Network is operational.
– Reconnect Wifi , re-enter wifi SSID and password
